The below information is given as additional description for the International Industrial Security Conference being held between June 12 through 16, 2000 in Tampa, FL. Estimated number of participants attending conference is 100. The sleeping accommodations are estimated at 80 single rooms and 20 double rooms. Approximately, 350 room nights are required. The following activities will be held at the conference: (a) A general session (5 total) will be held daily; the room set-up will be classroom style. The estimated number of attendees is 90. (b) Four (4) breakout sessions will be held simultaneous for three (3) days, the room set-up will be classroom or U shaped. A room capacity accommodating between 22 -- 50 people is needed for each session. NOTE: Audio/visual equipment (along with set-up) is required for these activities, i.e., high illumination overhead projector, projection stand with drape, 10' x 10' fast fold screen, screen dress kit and all cabling, extension cords, etc. (c) Coffee break service will be provided for all participants attending either the general or break-out sessions.
