The work includes all clearing, excavation, backfill, compaction, disinfection and testing of piping, valves, and fittings to make a complete and operable system. The exising system shall be abandoned in place. The site of the project is at the Browns Park National Wildlife Refuge, near Maybell, Colorado. Davis-Bacon payrolls will be required. This project is open to both large and small businesses. The Notice to Proceed will be delayed until approximately May 1, 2000. The Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
