Pamela (919) 541-0635, Purchasing Agent The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Institute (EOHSI),681 Frelinghuysen Road, Piscataway, NJ 08855, for the acquisition of a Children's Post-Application Pesticide Pilot Study: EPA Supplement. This study will provide EPA with a unique opportunity to collect additional important data at very minimal costs to collect validated exposure data being generated by other scientific organizations and to collect additional data to evaluate some of the most important research issues identified as part of EPA's FQPA Children's Focused Research Strategy. EPA believes Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Institute (EOHSI) is the only vendor capable of satisfying requirements stated above. Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Institute (EOHSI, already has cohort of young children living in homes with recent pesticide applications. The period of performance is expected to be from Effective date of award through 24 months. No Solicitation is available. All interested parties who believe they can provide the required services should fully explain their capabilities in writing within 15 days of the date of this announcement. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources (s) exist and, therefore, no RFP is available.
