Project sites may be located within or near The Presidio of San Francisco, CA, which is a National Historic Landmark in a national park setting. Scope of services may include but is not limited to: preparing Project Study Reports (PSR) & Caltrans Project Reports (PR); meeting with Federal, State & local agencies and neighborhood groups; preparing construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates. To be considered qualified, firms must have successfully completed a PSR for Caltrans District 4 within the past 5 years and must designate a registered State of California Civil Engineer as project manager. Submittals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request For Qualifications (RFQ), including but not limited to:Specialized Experience (work with Caltrans and City & County of San Francisco; work in settings with significant cultural, natural and recreational resources; work with neighborhood groups); Past Performance; Team Composition & Technical Competence; Management Experience; and Outreach.
