Medical Systems, One International Blvd., Suite 750, Mahwah, NJ 07495 to provide full maintenance service for Diasonics Spectra Ultrasound system including parts, labor, travel, two PMs, unlimited emergency calls, software upgrade per agreement, and probe replacement for the base period of one (1) year October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. The solicitation will include two (2) option years for maintenance service. The Spectra Ultrasound system is defined as the system as it is assembled and used currently in Radiology and this contract will cover all components and sub-assemblies with the exception of the aspect camera, s/n 00561, which shall be maintained by in-house Biomedical Engineering. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
