This procurement is part of a Government cost comparison to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or by government performance is more economical. The lowest bid obtained from offerors will be compared to the Government bid, and award will be made to the bidder whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government. If the Government is determined to be the most advantageous offeror, the solicitation will be canceled and award will be made to the Government.
