Firm Fixed Price contract to repair/rebuild the rip-rap at Bays 2, 14, 12, and 5 along the south edge of the South Wharf, Naval Station Everett in Everett, Washington. Contractor to provide/install all required bags, concrete, all labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation to accomplish work in accordance with the work specification. Work shall be performed on uneven rip-rap surfaces and working windows will be influenced by tides. A site tour is scheduled for Monday, September 20, 1999 and 8:00 a.m. All potential offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site tour which will be conducted during low tide.
