Firm Fixed Price contract to repair/rebuild the rip-rap on the slope bank at the storm drain (outfall "D") located on the North Wharf, Naval Station Everett in Everett, Washington. Contractor to provide/install quarry spalls and protection rip-rap, all labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation to accomplish work in accordance with the work specification. Work shall be performed on uneven rip-rap surfaces and working windows will be influenced by tides. A site tour is scheduled for Monday, September 20, 1999 and 8:00 a.m. All potential offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site tour which will be conducted during low tide.
