Project FBNV 990103 _Restoration of Fire Damage._ Project includes, but not limited to the following types of work: carpentry, sheet rock, plumbing, electrical, cleaning and deodorizing. This house is one-half of a duplex unit. Slab on grade construction with frame-stucco wall construction, wooden trusses with shingle roof. The wall dividing the two units of the duplex is 8 inch thick CMU block. The living area of each unit is approximately 1550 sf. In addition there is a one-car carport. Work is categorized under SIC Code: 1521. Size Standard: $17,000,000.00. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Emerging Small Business. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. Performance period: 45 calendar days after receipt of purchase order. Liquidated damages are not applicable.
