Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials,
services, and incidentals to provide a complete and usable end product
by repairing all interior and exterior fire damage at 6164 Neptune
Drive. Project FBNV 990103 _Restoration of Fire Damage._ Project
includes, but not limited to the following types of work: carpentry,
sheet rock, plumbing, electrical, cleaning and deodorizing. This house
is one-half of a duplex unit. Slab on grade construction with
frame-stucco wall construction, wooden trusses with shingle roof. The
wall dividing the two units of the duplex is 8 inch thick CMU block.
The living area of each unit is approximately 1550 sf. In addition
there is a one-car carport. Work is categorized under SIC Code: 1521.
Size Standard: $17,000,000.00. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for
Emerging Small Business. The magnitude of this project is between
$25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. Performance period: 45 calendar days after
receipt of purchase order. Liquidated damages are not applicable. Work
is not in a restricted area. Progress schedule is not required. A site
visit will be conducted on 22 September 1999, at 10:00 am local. If

administrator for access to the base. The solicitation will be issued
electronically on Electronic Posting System (EPS) Internet site ONLY,
on or about 20 September 1999. NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL
BE AVAILABLE. You must register on that site in order to receive
notification of changes to the solicitation. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The purpose of this amendment is to inform all prospective offerors;
IAW 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1926.1101, Bio-Environmental
Engineering Flight (BEF) recommends entry to the burned housing unit be
restricted to individuals who wear Fullface Air Purifying Respirators
with HEPA filters and Tyvek suits. Offerors must supply and wear their
