The work is for HVAC renovations at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences which is a 540,000 square foot complex divided into five buildings labeled as Buildings 70 through 74. This procurement will result in a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract with a base year and two option years. This work will be procured via competitive negotiated source selection procedures. Award will be based on price and non-price items, including Relevant Experience, Project Manager/Superintendent, Contract Admin & Subcontract Management, Subcontracting, Past Performance and Price. The estimated cost range is more than $10 million. A site visit and preproposal conference is scheduled for 15 September 1999 at 10:00 a.m. Due to limited parking you must notify Rhonda Chaney or Alyson Harbage no later than noon, 10 September 1999 if you plan to attend the site visit and the number of vehicles being used.
