The Coast Guard is seeking qualified sourcs to consider in an award of a contract for the following: Two weed rental of the following Hammelmann Ultra high pressure water blasting equipment -- HDP 234 UHP pump supplying 8 gallons per minute at 36,000 PSI for standby service. In addition to equipment rental the services of a highly trained Hammelmann technician to provide supervision and training to Coast Guard personnel using Hammelmann equipment. Technician should also be trained to repair the rented equipment to ensure continuous production. Equipment must be able to mount onto Grove AMZ66XT sixty foot manlift. it is the Government's belief that only Hammelmann Corp. or their authorized representatives can provide equipment that will mount onto the government owned manlift and that a Hammelmann Corp. technician will possess the necessary expertise to supervise, train and repair the equipment. However, other potential sources having the expertise and required capabilities can submit such data discussing the same in duplicate within 10 days from the date of tis announcement.
