The unit will be evaluated to determine how well it moves flatracks on hardstand for the purpose of loading ammunition up to 16 1/2 tons. This requirement supports the Army's Enhanced Logistics Program. Because of these unique circumstances, Frederick Manufacturing, Frederick MD has been selected and determined qualified as one of two contractors to provide a unit for evaluation.
