The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision and equipment to upgrade to Year 2000 compliance the Honeywell Fire Alarm System at the St. Louis VA Medical Center, John Cochran Division. The Contractor shall replace the operating system including CPUs and Delta 100 components and install a XBS Platform. Contractor must provide all testing required to fully activate the system.
