In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.303-1, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) anticipates setting up Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) in order to fill anticipated repetitive needs by establishing _Charge Accounts_ with qualified sources of supplies. BPAs will be established with more than one vendor, if possible, for supplies, in order to provide the maximum practicable competition. Once the BPAs are in place, BEP will rotate each order. BEP will consider vendors whose past performance has shown them to be dependable, who offer quality supplies at consistently lower prices, and who have provided numerous purchases at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Sources are being sought for the following supplies for Fiscal Year 2000 requirements: Purchase of PBX Cards, Telephones, Cables, and Other PBX Hardware. These supplies are needed at the Bureau_s Fort Worth, Texas facility, during the period of October 1999 through September 2000. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Code (SIC) code 3669, with a small business standard of 750 employees. Interested vendors shall provide three (3) past performance references, to include a point of contact and telephone numbers for each, capability statements, published price lists, and government discounts offered.
