THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT SOLICITED TO LAFAYETTE INSTRUMENT COMPANY, NORTH LAFAYETTE, INDIANA. The SIC is 3663 and the size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 2, 1999 and the soliciation will be due September 10, 1999. The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement to purchase thirty (30) LX3000 computerized polygraph conversion systems. The system is proprietary to Lafayette Instrument Company and is both Y2k compliant and compatible with existing systems. Delivery is ninety (90) days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis with all freight included in the delivered price. Delivery is to the U.S. Secret Service Forsenic Services Division, 950 H Street, NW Washington, DC 20001.
