The contract is for recruitment of college students at seven(7) 2-day Sports Illustrated Campus Feasts as Border Patrol Agents. The contractor will provide an inflatable obstacle course; advertisement of the U.S. Border Patrol logo; full-time employees to assist in the activities; provide employees with U.S. Border Patrol logo shirts; maintain liability insurance; and early promotion of the event. The basis of the sole source justification is that Market Source Corporation is the only company that promotes on university and college campuses involving physical or outdoors activities.
