Solicitation number is F11623-99-T1830 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is reserved as a small business set-aside. The associated standard industrial classification code is 9999 and the small business size standard is $5.0. Wage Determination No. 86-1207, Revision No. 14, dated 10/13/1998 is effective.
