CLIN 0001: Mug, 2 piece transparent plastic with the wraparound/background area being 10 3/8_ x 2 3/8_ in a _Metallic Silver_. The imprint area on each side is 3 14_ x 2 3/8_. The mug shall not have a lid or foam insulation. Inside mug color shall be _Cobalt Blue_ like the handle and trim CLIN 0002: Roller ball pen shall be _Midnight Blue_ matte finish with _Gold_ logo imprint on the barrel portion and must be a twist cap. CLIN 0003: The Lanyard lettering is to be embroidered. CLIN 0004: Kit shall contain an equal number of the assortment of bandages, towelettes and cream to fill the kit. Items may have an expiration date provided the expiration date is not less than 3 years. Samples submitted for evaluation need not have the AFRC logo on them but must have a logo representative of the quality of work required. All awarded items shall be shipped to AFPDC/AFLO, 2800 Eastern Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21220-2898, packagedand labeled as stated in the notice. Camera ready or electronic artwork shall be provided to the selected vendor(s) after award of contract. Items shall be evaluated for quality, design, and compliance with the Buy American Act. All _First Articles_ must have the required logo and imprinted areas and shall be sent to 94 LG/LGC, 1538 Atlantic Avenue, Dobbins ARB, GA 30069-4824. _First Articles_ are due within 10 calendar days after award of contract. Delivery time shall be 30 calendar days after approval of the _First Article_ by the Government.
