Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A-E contract with multi-disciplinary work to be performed at Oregon Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve facilities located at Portland, Oregon and Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Oregon. Various projects require multiple specialized design efforts for Architectural and interior design ; electrical; mechanical; structural; civil; fire detection and suppression systems (i.e. A.F.F.F.), environmental, including asbestos and lead based paint abatement, surveying, acoustical and landscaping. Types of services available for contract are "A", "B", and "C". The IDIQ contract will have a maximum monetary limit of $250,000 per year, against which individual delivery orders up to $75,000 may be placed. It is at the option of the Government to extend the contract for a second year, not to exceed $250,000. The contract starting date will be approximately July 1, 2000. Work may include, but not be limited to: (a) Vehicle storage and warehouse facilities; (b) Repair/Replace windows; (c) Repair, alter & maintain facilities; (d) Air condition facilities; (e) Repair or replace roofing and siding systems; (f) Paving projects; (g) Various electrical/alarm studies. Evaluation criteria, in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required including, where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials; (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules: (5) Location in the general geographical area of the projects and knowledge of the locality of the projects, provided that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms given the nature and size of the projects; and (6) volume of work awarded by DOD during the last twelve months. Final selection procedure will include personal or telephone interview. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Qualified firms desiring consideration shall submit two copies of their SF 254 (copies must be less than one year old) and two copies of their SF 255 are required for the principal firm and all consultants.
