The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment transportation and management necessary to provide custodial services at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and its annexes, Portsmouth, Virginia. The work identified to be provided by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term is for a period a base period of one (1) year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for four additional periods of 12 months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The proposed procurement listed herein has been accepted by the Small Business Administration for competition in the 8(a) program.
