The coolant filter assembly consists of a filter head that incorporates a shutoff valve, valve closure assembly, bypass valve, a filter bowl containing a filter element and an electrical Delta P indicator that provides a signal when a predetermined differential pressure is exceeded. This is not an RFP. No solicitation document exists. The Air Force does not possess data necessary for above repair.
