MDL will continue their integration of the molecular database in the Chemscape Server and the Oracle nonstructural files as well as the conversion, creation, and maintenance of other SIS files on the World Wide Web. Interested vendors may identify in writing their interest with their capability statement to the Contracting Officer prior to the closing date of this notice. The Government will consider all responses received before the closing date of this announcement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
