This CBD annoucement modifies the previous CDB notice for Solicitation No. R-OPC-21510, issued on August 13, 1999 to provide the following information. The Government intends to award an Indefinite Quantity Type contract with a 36 months ordering period. The Government anticipates making multiple awards under this solicitation. The Government contemplates making 3 awards (but reserves the right to award up to 5 contracts) based on full and open competition for small, medium and large Public Housing Agencies and 5 or more mulitple awards for Small Public Housing Agencies to qualified 8(a) small disadvantage and small business concerns. The Small Public Housing Agencies will be set aside for 8(a) small disadvantage and small business concerns. The Total maximum dollar value of this requirement is estimated to be $125,000,000.
