SOL WASC9-1662 DUE 091799 POC Randall Brown (206) 526-6226/FAX (206) 526-6025 Sole Source -- - This publication serves as a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC). The purpose of the contract is to collect sampling data on the U.S. North Pacific Albacore Fishery. PSMFC is currently working in cooperation with the States of California, Oregon, and Washington to distribute and collect logbook data records from albacore fisherman. PSMFC will then process and edit data prior to submitting to the National Marine Fisheries Service located in La Jolla, CA. Term of contract will be for one year from the date of award.
