INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER Department of Veterans Affairs, Acquisition Operations and Analysis Service (93A3), intends to negotiate a purchase order with Royalblue Technologies to provide software licenses for CBR Express software purchased for the Philadelphia Benefits Delivery Center in a previous procurement. Period of performance is from October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2000, with 1 one-year option to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Additionally, VA will negotiate development of a client/server database application for the IT Support Center located at the Philadelphia Benefits Delivery Center. This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals within 10 days of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
