SUPERBARRICADE PATROL COASTAL DEFENSE SYSTEM FOREIGN COMPARATIVE TESTING The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operations Acquisition and Logistics Center, Directorate of Procurement, intends to modify an existing contract USZA22-99-D-0100, with Flight Refuelling Limited/Wallop Defence Systems Division under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR Part 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements." The purpose of this modification is to increase the quantity of Infrared Rounds from 15 to approximately 75 and to procure one set of Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) Covers in accordance with Wallop SuperBarricade Launcher System Specification WIS 1705. The items will be tested and used in the Foreign Comparative Testing of the SuperBarricade Launcher System currently being conducted by USSOCOM.
