Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and supervision necessary to clear approximately 4.2 acres of oak forest which occupies the western portion of the part of EOD detonation area. This area requires clearing to meet zone safety requirements. The eastern area has some encroaching saplings and pole timber within the previously cleared area. The area to be cleaned will have a flagged survey line showing the limit of clearing. Clearing shall be done to the marked line on the Western upland area. Tree cutting on the East portion of the range shall be done only to remove trees that have encroached into the area. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The SIC for this procurement is 0782. Contract completion is 30 days from notice of award. All prespective contractors who wish to bid on this job must be registered in the Contractor Central Registration CCR, lack of registration in the CCR will make the offeror ineligible for award.
