This space is comprised of 2,872 sq. ft. considered rentable space and approximately 9,100 sq. ft. considered common areas. The common area consists of, but is not limited to, a test bed, conference rooms, wiring closet and break room. Office location is 12249 Science Dr., Suite 260, Orlando, Florida. This is a sole source commercial item procurement to be awarded to Nations, Inc., Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The JSIMS office is currently occupying the space and it is not feasible to move due to the fact that the office space is configured, designed, and furnished in a way that accommodates JSIMS JPO's special needs. The office space is also in close proximity to the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) from which JSIMS JPO receives support for telephone service, security, payroll, travel, etc., the Program Manager, (Army) Simulation, Training & Instrumentation Command (PM, STRICOM), and the JSIMS' Integration and Development Contractor, TRW.
