Construct a modified Army standard design, 3,000 square meters, handicapped accessible athletic complex to include: gymnasium with bleachers, weight training and excercise rooms, saunas, laundry, administrative and storage rooms, locker rooms and showers. The brick- faced and concrete masonry structure will have a pre-engineered structural framing system, anodized aluminum windows, standing seam metal roof, interior gypsum wallboard partitions, gas forced air heating system, and mechanical ventilation. The project includes electrical, communication, mechanical, and fire detection and protection systems. Sitework includes: asphaltic concrete paving, portland cement concrete sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation system, and connection of building utilities to base utilities systems. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 15 Novemeber 1999 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
