You are notified that the following changes are made: The following information was inadvertently ommitted from the original synopsis: It is planned that this project will be funded with Fiscal Year (FY) 2000 funds. FY2000 funding is not currently available but is expected to be available on or about October 1, 1999. Accordingly, the solicitation will contain FAR Clause 52.232-18, "Availability of Funds", which predicates award of any resultant contract to receipt of this authorized funding.
