The construction of a 300 foot x 8 foot pier at Horn Island. Pier is located approximately 20 miles offshore from Pascagoula, MS. The pier has a Wooden deck and substructure on 14-inch concrete pilings. In addition, a boat house roof (approximately 600 SF) consisting of 3 x 12-inch wooden joists with metal deck. Bid documents are available on or about 24 September 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered.
