The NNEPRA reserves the right to determine whether an extension is justified. All Bidders will be notified in writing, via fax, of any extension or clarification. Issuance of the Invitation for Bids does not commit the NNEPRA to award any contract, to pay any costs incurred in preparation of a bid pursuant to thisrequest or to procure or contract for services or supplies.
