Contractor shall provide all plant materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specification and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: coldplane an area of asphalt 20ft by 500ft to a depth of two inches, sweep the area of debris and remove the millings, spray a tack coat on the milled area. Overlay with FAA grade aviation mix using AC-5 asphalt cement, final grade is to match surrounding grade, sweep the area upon demob. The repair will be on the runway on Elmendorf AFB. Magnitude is between $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. Performance period will be 26 September 1999 through 27 September 1999.
