The existing ladders shall be removed and disposed of. Morrow Point Dam is located approximately 20 miles east of Montrose Colorado on Highway 50E. The penstock ladders are located on top of the dam in the fixed wheel gate house. Weather conditions during the winter months can be very poor with snow and ice.
