Potential Sources Sought synopsis for certified 8(a) firms interested in submitting a proposal for an upcoming Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract at Shaw AFB, SC. This contract will include a wide range of individual construction trades and medium-effort design involving mechanical, electrical, HVAC, demolition, painting, plumbing, roofing, paving, carpentry, concrete masonry, and earthwork. Proposals received as a result of this future solicitation will be evaluated using Performance/Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures resulting in the Best Value to the Government.
