This combined synopsis solicitation for commerical items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-99-T-0120 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotations. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in efect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-10. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for (two) 2 ea 10FT x 16FT Sea Guard Marine Fenders manufactured to meet the specifications of American Society for Test and Material(ASTM) -- Resilient Foam-Filled Marine Fenders.
