The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Laboratory, Dahlgren, Virginia, intends to purchase on a brand name or equal basis, one (1) each Raytheon Explorir SR Camera, with the standard configuration: Camera main body, with memory flashcard, floppy disc recording medium, 35mm lens, AC adapter, charger, battery pack, mini PCMCIA head set, shoulder strap, manuals, and report/IR software. The software shall include report generation, image processing, electrical inspection template forms and electrical IR guidelines. Purchase of this camera shall include training for one person to include ASNT Level 1 Certification. A copy of the other specifications for this camera may be obtained by accessing Raytheon's webpage at the following address: http://www.raytheon.com/rsc/ses/spr/spr_cir/expint.htm A demonstration unit shall be acceptable for this purchase, as long as it will be warranted as new for one year from date of purchase. Software used in the camera shall be Y2K compliant if computation of dates is necessary. Quoters shall provide specifications of like or equal units they are quoting, which shall include at a minimum the name of the unit being bid, the manufacturer's model number and complete manufacturer's specifications, along with the appropriate Y2K statements when submitting their bids. Prospective quoters shall also provide the following information along with their quotes: cage code, tax identification number, dun and bradstreet (duns) number, and a copy of the manufacturer's current pricelist showing the manufacturer's suggested price of the item.
