This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request for Quotation. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This action is restricted to small businesses. The following is required: Gametime brand or equal; (1) TotTime play system gynasium and (2) PowerScape play system gymnasiums with matting. See point of contact for addendum containing multiple line item description. Any equipment variations on Line Items will be evaluated and discussed with contractors within competitive range. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the best value to the Government.
