IF FUNDS DO BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO 30 SEP 99, AN AWARD WILL RESULT. This will be a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F11623-99-T1766 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Wage Determination No. 94-2309, Revision No. 16, dated 08/09/1999 is effective. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This solicitation is reserved as a small business set-aside. The associated standard industrial classification code is 8711 and the small business size standard is $2.5M. Requirement is for a Primary Electrical Distribution System Single Line Diagram, and a Primary Electrical Distribution System Individual Circuit Schematic. -- This is one complete job. There are five sub stations involved for tracking the destination of wiring. This is a base wide requirement. Work to be accomplished on Scott AFB for the 375 CES/CEPR. The Statement of Work is as follows: Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to provide a complete comprehensive Primary Electrical Distribution System Diagram and a Primary Electrical Distribution System individual circuit schematic. Provide at least one high voltage qualified individual. Contractor shall identify and include the following on the appropriate drawing: All switches and switch positions, all fuses, fuse types, size, all transformers by KVA rating, indicate if transformer is pole or pad mounted, identify all utilities poles in use, all switchgear and switchgear components, size of conductors and indicate if overhead or underground, and identify each individual feedercircuit from primary origin to secondary termination. A site visit will be conducted 15 Sep 1999 at 09:00 CDT. Contractors should meet at 201 E. Winters St., Bldg 50. Attendees will then proceed to the first sub station site and continue until all sub stations have been viewed. Coordination of site visit attendance may be confirmed by contacting Judith A. Attendance at the site visit is highly recommended Failure to inspect current environment will not constitute justification for claims under this statement of work. Award of this acquisition will be evaluated on past performance and price equally. The contractor is required to supply 3 references to allow the government to evaluate past performance. Recommend past performed work referenced, be similar to the above request and performed within the last three years.
