Barr, 314-263-4211x117 Service is for a Contract Physician to conduct physical examinations, make medical suitability determinations; provide medical advisory services concerning employees problem cases; provide staff advisory service regarding occupational health and medicine and perform other general professional duties inherent to NIMA Occupational Health Preventative Medicine and Emergency Medical Programs. Service is for 8 to 10 hours weekly (Monday through Friday), minimum of 3 days per week, except for Federal holidays and available for phone consultation during Clinic business hours. This includes substitute physician services during periods of scheduled training, vacation, foreseeable or extended sick leave or other absences. Must be a fully licensed M.D. in the State of Missouri; Certified by AMA, AAFP, or equivalent to include occupational certificate. Familiar with F.E.C.A., DoD OSHA rules, regulations and forms. No paid leave. Period of performance is 30 October 1999 through 31 October 2000.
