(Cooperative Administrative Support Unit), intends to award a contract for Pre-Sort Mail Services for the CASU's participating Federal agencies in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services required. Contractor to provide pre-sort mail and barcode services applicable to the postage discount level offered, for 1st Class Federal Government Mail, for various Federal Agencies, in accordance with standard commercial practices, and all United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations. Contractor shall have and continually maintain a USPS Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) certification throughtout the term of the contract and any option period.
