The period of performance is 8 months. The Manual shall include descriptive information about how to implement the different approaches, lessons learned and key sucess factors in implementing the approach. It shall be provided in a concrete and practical manner, so as to maximize its usefulness to community-based organizations. It shall be included in an educational tool kit for use by aging services organizations in educating their staff and clientele about the substance abuse and mental health problems of older adults.
