COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DAKF61-99-Q-0149 FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT FORT MCCOY, WI IS HEREBY AMENDED BY AMENDMENT 0002. This notice constitutes the official amendment; a written amendment will not be issued. The solicitation, Submission Number 367761, was posted in CBDNet on 13 Aug 1999. AMENDMENT 0002 is issued to the above RFQ to add the following to Technical Exhibit 1 (Statement of Work): 1.1.3 The caliber of cleaning services provided to child development center (CDC) facilities shall be hospital-grade quality. 1.1.3.1 Buildings 1747 and 1751 operate year-round (weekdays) as CDC facilities. It is anticipated that buildings 1748, 1752, 1755, and 1758 will operate as CDC facilities when public schools are not in session (summer vacation, holidays, etc) and/or all Fridays. Historically, CDC facilities have required General Cleaning (Task 1) and Restroom/Break Area/Drinking Fountain Cleaning (Task 4) every day of operation. Scheduling services for these facilities will be established on each monthly delivery order. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. As indicated in the synopsis/solicitation, contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
