SIC 8399, Small Business Size Standard (ISBSS) $5.0 million. Health and Human Services (H&HS) requirement is: Providing all labor, material, transportation equipment, temporary surface protection and other services necessary to relocate the H&HS office from Bankers Building, 105 West Adams, Chicago, Illinois, to Two Illinois Center, 233 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. The office relocation includes new and existing systems furniture, case-goods, and equipment for H&HS staff of approximately 505 employees. General Services Administration (GSA) will provide elevator operator(s) for the origin, elevator operator(s) for the destination, and dock supervision during the completion of work. Contractor will be required to work together with the furniture vendors to insure the move schedule is maintained. The physical relocation will be in four (4) different phases. Phase 1 is scheduled to start November 5,1999, for 101 employees; Phase 2 is scheduled to start November 12, 1999, for 210 employees; Phase 3 is scheduled to start November 19, 1999, for 124 employees; and Phase 4 is scheduled to start November 26, 1999, for 70 employees. All offerors are required to have a representative attend the Pre-proposal Meeting and walk-through which will be at 10:00 AM, September 9, 1999, at ORD_s Conference Room, 23rd Floor, Bankers Building, 105 West Adams Street, Chicago, Illinois.
