The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD intends to procure on a sole source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-99-G-1500 with Chadwick-Helmuth Company the following: Two (2) Track and Balance Analyzer Kits, Model 8500C, Part Number P0372 and associated components, and limited technical support for the above referenced kits. This is in support of the CH-46 type model series aircraft. Chadwick-Helmuth is the original designer and manufacturer of these systems and is the only firm that possesses the unique technical data necessary to perform this effort.
