This is amendment number 3 to Combined Synopsis Soliciation Number 701819Q047. This amendment number 3 accomplishes the following two things: (1) Ref "vi. i" in original sol. The plotter is NOT a navigational device. It is simply intended to print out data such as echograms from the echosounder. (2) The following item is to be added on to this solicitation as an additional item which is being sought. Our purchase of this item (Post Processing Software) is contingent upon availability of funding based on our funds available upon evaluation of the entire quotation's prices. Please price this item out as a separate line item (be sure that your price is inclusive of shipping charges both for the original item and the future upgrade to version 2. POST PROCESSING SOFTWARE (SonarData Echoview Post Processing Software or Equivalent) that will function w/all of the hardware you're quoting in response to this solicitation. The Post Processing Software shall include the following modules: (1) Viewing engine (base module), (2) Bathymetry Module, (3) Integration Module, (4) Schools Detection Module, (5) Data Logging Module for data acquisition and display of real time integration during data gathering, (6) Upgrade to Version 2 upon its release at no additional cost. If you are going to quote a software package that is "equivalent" to the above system, please furnish published data such as catalogs and brochures which describe and verify the software's capability and performance features.
