The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego Simplified Acquisition Monterey Site intends to negotiate with TSI INC, 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreview, MI 55164 on a sole source basis for a TSI Intelligence Flow Analyzer 750 (Laser Doppler Velocity Signal Processor with a TSI Traverse Table Refurbishment under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b) soliciting from a Single Source. Delivery shall be made F.O.B. Destination to the Naval Postgraduate School, Aero Astro Department, 699 Dyer Road, Room 249, Bldg. 234, Monterey, CA 93943 within thirty (30) days from award. The contractor shall provide operations manual and instruction needed. The TSI 750 Signal Processor and Traverse Table being requested must interface with the existing TSI Laser Doppler Velocity System current in use within the AREO/ASTRO Department.
