The DLA Administrative Support Center intends to issue a order to Aspect Telecommunications for all necessary labor, equipment, and materials required to maintain the Aspect Call center in support of the Civilian Personnel Management service Field Advisory Service Division. This Call Center system is crucial to the CPMS Field Advisory Services's mission and must be up and running at all times. This requirement is for the equipment and support services of Aspect Telecommunications. Aspect Telecommunications is the sole provider for this support since all software and hardware currently in use is proprietary code owned, operated and licensed by Aspect Telecommunications. Support for this requirement includes upgrades of software and parts replacement. The services to be performed is to provide technical support in the integration, equipment acquisition, installation, implementation, training and maintenance of the Aspect Call Center.
