The work to be performed consists of the following: Provide routine and emergency maintenance for the Casper Control Center Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. The Contractor shall provide all required routine and emergency maintenance including parts and labor, for the two master station computer systems and their peripherals for a period of 12 months from date of award, with an option to extend for 2 additional years. The Contractor shall provide hardware maintenance in accordance with maintenance requirements specified by the original equipment manufacturer, Modcomp, no less than a monthly basis. Routine maintenance includes but is not limited to diagnostic checks, adjustments, and other measures necessary for trouble-free performance. The Contractor shall provide remedial equipment maintenance services. Government personnel shall notify the Contractor of equipment malfunctions via telephone, and the Contractor shall arrive on-site within twenty-four (24) hours of remedial service call. On site continuous services shall be provided until the equipment is made operational. The contractor shall perform hardware engineering change orders to upgrade the original manufacturers hardware using current revisions. The work is located at the Casper Control Center, Mills, Wyoming. The bid opening is tentatively scheduled for November 11, 1999, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, Room 2031, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana.
