Unarmed Security Guard Services for patrolling floors 6 through 13 at various times of the day at the Fountain Place Building located at 1445 Ross Avenue, Dallas, TX 75202. Period of performance is anticipated to begin October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 and two year option periods of October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 and October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002. Contractor must maintain a local office and shall provide a licensed security guard (licensed through the State Private Investigator Board)and pass contractor performed drug test and background check. Licenses must be kept current throughout the purchase order. Regular hours of service will be 7:00 am to 7:00 pm continuously Monday through Friday with the exception of federally recognized holidays. Minimal amount of overtime may be required, when approved and requested by the EPA Project Officer. Overtime is not guaranteed. Anticipated total number of hours for the initial period of performance is 3012 regular hours. The security guard shall be unarmed and in uniform (blazer, slacks, shirt and tie).
